At The Purple Tree, our mission is to provide trauma-informed, relational therapy that helps individuals heal from shame, break free from compulsive patterns, and rebuild their lives around truth, connection, and inner strength. Through evidence-based care and deep emotional work, we create space for healing that is grounded, compassionate, and transformative.
At The Purple Tree, therapy is more than symptom relief. It’s a trauma-informed, collaborative process that helps you uncover the roots of long-standing patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move toward change that feels both aligned and lasting.
Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma, caught in compulsive cycles, or carrying shame that shapes how you show up in your daily life, this is a space to do the deeper work in a way that feels manageable and on terms that are right for you.
