Rates

• $200 per initial intake session
• $150 per individual 50-minute session
• $175 per couples 55-minute session
• $175 per family 55-minute session
• $225 per individual 90-minute session

Payment & Insurance 

The Purple Tree LLC is primarily a fee-for-service practice. However, we do accept a limited number of insurance plans. Please see the list of accepted plans below. 

Payment is due at the time of service and is processed through electronic autopay. You will be charged for your session either at the time of your appointment or by the end of the business day. We accept payments via credit or debit card. 

If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please confirm your benefits with your insurer to see if you are eligible for any reimbursement. 

We accept the following insurance plans: Cigna

It is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits before your first appointment. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage for therapy services, co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and any potential limitations. 

If you are using insurance, any co-pay, co-insurance, or outstanding deductible amounts are due at time of service. 

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

 If you’re unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will incur a $75 fee.
